Settings

Every setting dot knows, with its values; dot explain prints the same list from the code.

Every setting is one <topic> <setting> <value> line in a file in config/. Change the value there, or delete the line to leave that setting alone. A file can mix topics (config/windows.conf holds rectangle … and windows … lines). dot explain prints this list from the code, with where config/ uses each one.
